1. Service Overview

Giovanna’s Amazing Face Painting provides face painting, balloon art, and party entertainment services for private and public events across Massachusetts.

2. Booking & Payment

A $50 down payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment reserves your event date and time.

3. Refund Policy

All down payments are non-refundable. This ensures we reserve your slot and allocate time and resources for your event. However, you may reschedule your event date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling

If your new requested date is available, we will happily transfer your deposit without penalty.

5. Cancellations

If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or a future credit will be offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide a safe, shaded area for services and notify us of any special access, parking, or setup requirements.

7. Liability

We are not liable for accidents, allergic reactions to paints, or property damage beyond our control during the event.

8. Use of Photos

We may take photos during events for marketing. Let us know in writing before your event if you do not want photos used.
